The 2025 Players Championship continues on Friday, March 14, with the second round at TPC Sawgrass. Here’s everything you need to know to watch the tournament on Friday, including full Players Championship TV coverage, streaming info and Round 2 tee times.

Play was suspended due to darkness Thursday evening at TPC Sawgrass, but not before World No. 2 Rory McIlroy finished off an opening-round 67 to reach five under.

That put McIlroy, who won the Players Championship in 2019, within one shot of the lead heading into Friday’s second round. Lucas Glover, J.J. Spaun and Camilo Villegas are in a three-way tie for the lead at six under.

And plenty of other stars, like Scotte Scheffler (three under), are within striking distance of the leaders with 54 holes to play.

According to the PGA Tour, the first round will resume at 8:40 am. ET, and the second round will get underway as scheduled at 7:40 a.m. ET Friday morning.

You can watch the second round of the Players Championship on TV via Golf Channel, which will air coverage starting at 1 p.m. ET on Friday. PGA Tour Live on ESPN+ will provide exclusive early coverage and featured group streaming coverage starting at 7:30 a.m. ET.
