  • WR Diontae Johnson, a former Steelers player who had stints with the Panthers, Ravens and Texans last year, is signing with the team after a visit, NFL Network Insider Mike Garafolo reported.

  • TE Mitch Van Vooren has been invited to Browns minicamp, NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero reported.

  • WR Elijah Moore was extended an unrestricted free agent tender, which means if he’s not signed by July, he’ll earn 110% of his salary last year with Cleveland, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported.
