Spotify users around the country are reporting issues with the popular streaming service.

Tracking site Downdetector.com reported issues with the app, audio streaming and website. Problems were first reported around 8 a.m. ET. with issues across the country according to the Down Detector. According to Forbes, issues have also been reported in Canada, Brazil, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Italy, Sweden and Germany.

Spotify responded to the reports on X, formerly known as Twitter.

“We’re aware of some issues right now and are checking them out,” the company reported at 8 a.m. CT.

No reason for the outage was given and a timeframe for restoration is unclear.
