CHICAGO – Bulls coach Billy Donovan said his team needed to adhere to three phases to position themselves for a win tonight: taking care of the ball, rebounding and defending without fouling. After allowing a 71-point first half, and getting booed off the floor as they walked into the halftime locker room, it’s safe to say the Bulls are failing in their mission. Miami shot 58.7% from the floor and made 10 of 18 3-pointers (55.6%). The Bulls turned the ball over 11 times, leading to 15 Heat points. Chicago also got outscored 9-2 in second-chance points.
