CODY BALLMER, THE MAN ACCUSED IN AN ALLEGED FIREBOMBING. GOVERNOR JOSH SHAPIRO’S HARRISBURG RESIDENTS WILL SOON BE ARRAIGNED. YOU CAN SEE HE’S PULLING UP RIGHT NOW. YOU’RE LOOKING LIVE HERE IN DAUPHIN COUNTY. HE IS. THAT’S CODY PALMER ARRIVING THERE FOR HIS ARRAIGNMENT. CHARGES OF ATTEMPTED MURDER, TERRORISM. ALSO, AGGRAVATED ARSON IS WHAT HE FACES AMONG A SLEW OF OTHER CHARGES AS WELL. WE ARE ASSUMING HE IS IN THE BACK SEAT OF THIS STATE POLICE VEHICLE. YES, APPARENTLY. LOOKS LIKE THERE’S A SUSPECT IN THE BACK OF THE VEHICLE, AND THEY’RE GOING TO TAKE HIM INSIDE FOR AN ARRAIGNMENT, WHICH WAS ACTUALLY JUST CALLED A SCHEDULED, I SHOULD SAY, SOMETIME BETWEEN 4 AND 430 THIS AFTERNOON. WE WERE AWARE OF IT. AND THE SCHEDULED FOR 5:00. HE IS NOW SHOWING UP HERE ABOUT A HALF HOUR LATER THAN EXPECTED. AGAIN BE ARRAIGNED ON CHARGES OF ATTEMPTED MURDER, TERRORISM AND AGGRAVATED ARSON. LET’S LISTEN. CODY, IS THE CONFESSION YOU GAVE STATE POLICE ACCURATE? YOUR PARENTS SAID. YOUR FATHER SAID HE TRIED TO HELP YOU, SIR. AND THERE HE GOES INTO THAT ARRAIGNMENT. Cody Balmer, the man accused in an alleged firebombing of Gov. Josh Shapiro’s Harrisburg residence, arrived at his court arraignment Monday evening at Judge Dale Klein’s office on Bretz Drive in Harrisburg. Balmer is facing charges of attempted murder, terrorism and aggravated arson. WGAL was on the scene when Balmer arrived. You can watch that in the video player above. HARRISBURG, Pa. —Cody Balmer, the man accused in an alleged firebombing of Gov. Josh Shapiro’s Harrisburg residence, arrived at his court arraignment Monday evening at Judge Dale Klein’s office on Bretz Drive in Harrisburg.

Balmer is facing charges of attempted murder, terrorism and aggravated arson.
