The Yeezy architectural designer was spotted out and about in Spain—where she was recently seen reuniting with her thought-to-be-estranged husbandKanye West—in a black thong bodysuit that left her cheeks free as a bird, other than the sheer black tights that they were clad in. She completed the look with a pair of furry black stiletto boots, as seen in photos obtained by TMZ.

According to the publication, Censori and a bodyguard were spotted coasting around in a Mercedes G63 AMG, eventually ending up at a medical office on Mallorca. She was joined by a woman identified by the outlet as Jayne Fitzmaurice, a certified recovery coach, family coach, interventionist and a personal manager at The Balance—the luxury rehab clinic that occupies the facility Censori was spotted entering.

The “high-end treatment facility” treats a variety of mental health conditions, addictions and eating disorders, according to its website. It’s unknown what Censori is looking for in the treatment center, but Fitzmaurice works “closely with clients to help them recognize, process, and manage their pain,” according to her bio.
