The U.S. Men’s National Team searches for its fourth consecutive Concacaf Nations League title continues in the semifinal against Panama on Thursday, 7 p.m. ET on Paramount+.
The U.S. is more than familiar with Panama recently. The two faced off twice last year — first in a 2-1 loss in the Copa América group stage in June 2024, and then again in a 2-0 international friendly decision last October.
While the U.S. aims for another tournament win, head coach Mauricio Pochettino hopes to capture his first with the USMNT. Pochettino made his American head-coaching debut in a friendly match against Panama in October 2024.
Previously, the U.S. beat Jamaica 5-2 on aggregate in the quarterfinal to advance to the penultimate round. If a win is secured over Panama, the U.S. advances to the finals on March 23 to face the winner of Canada vs. Mexico, which follows the U.S. and Panama match on Thursday.
