This relationship may be new again.
Kanye West shared a picture with his wife Bianca Censori less than a month after he claimed she’d left him.
Kanye captioned the April 21 message on X, formerly Twitter, “Fit pic.”
And indeed, the photo accompanying the message featured Kanye—dressed in all black—standing behind Bianca, who for her part sported thigh-high leather boots and a light blue corseted bodysuit.
Only hours later, Kanye once again shared the photo, however with a different filter, writing, “Didn’t love the blue. Should have posted black and white.”
And while neither Kanye nor Bianca has addressed their relationship status as of late, the “Gold Digger” rapper’s post comes on the back of reports he and Bianca recently enjoyed dinner together in Spain.
E! News has reached out to Bianca and Kanye’s reps for comment but has not yet heard back.
The seeming reconciliation comes only weeks after Kanye shared Bianca—whom he married in 2022—had left him in his song “BIANCA,” part of his forthcoming album WW3.
In the song, of which snippets were posted online, the 47-year-old claims Bianca broke up with him amid his many controversial tweets shared to X.
“My baby she ran away,” Kanye says in the unreleased song’s lyrics. “But first she tried to get me committed / Not going to the hospital ‘cause I am not sick I just do not get it.”

He continued, “She’s having a panic attack and she is not liking the way I tweeted / Until Bianca’s back I stay up all night I’m not going to sleep / I really don’t know where she’s at.”
Kanye’s admission about his breakup came after he fueled breakup rumors by reportedly unfollowing Bianca on social media, wiping his social media and sharing cryptic messages about love.
“When you look at that betrayal list I realized I was just a part of peoples strategies,” he tweeted in part. “I took the word love to mean love when it really meant I love the opportunity.”

The Grammy winner continued, “I make decisions from my heart and mind. So when my heart is broken it breaks my mind too. That’s why I drank Henny to go to the awards that night. Just too many slaps in in the face.”
Kanye included a redacted screenshot of a text exchange with his messages, saying he would “sign” an undisclosed document and that he doesn’t “care” about the “terms proposed.”
He allegedly texted in the conversation, “Just like to see people fulfill their dreams so they can s–t on me later.”

Kanye West and Bianca Censori tied the knot in a private, Palo Alto, Calif., ceremony in December 2022, less than a year after his breakup with Julia Fox.
In the months following their wedding ceremony, Censori—a former Yeezy employee—was photographed alongside West spending time with his daughter, North West, the eldest of his four kids with ex Kim Kardashian. Over a year after tying the knot, the pair made their first big appearance at Milan Fashion Week at Marni’s Womenswear Fall/Winter 2024-2025 show.
At a Vultures 2 San Francisco listening party in March 2024, Censori and Kardashian —with whom he shares kids North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm—interacted for the first time. An insider told E! News at the time that the SKIMS founder had attended the event to support her oldest daughter, who was performing alongside West, and was “friendly” with Censori.
Amid breakup rumors in the fall of 2024 following comments West allegedly made about Censori’s mother—per a legal filing by a former assistant—the couple stepped out for a shopping trip in Tokyo. West and Censori appeared happy as can be, with both of them smiling and engaging in subtle PDA as they made their way around a mall in the Japanese city.

The couple made their latest public appearance together at the 67th Grammys red carpet. During their debut, Censori dropped the gigantic coat she wore, revealing a nearly nude look, with her only covered by a short transparent dress.
After their photo moment, the couple promptly left the venue, opting not to stay for the ceremony itself.
Following the Grammys, West shared several posts as a tribute to Censori and their night out together. “FOR CLARITY,” West wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post. “MY WIFE IS THE MOST GOOGLED PERSON ON THE PLANET CALLED EARTH.”
He added later, “WE BEAT THE GRAMMIES [sic].”
