RBC Heritage purse, payout: See prize money for every player in the PGA Tour’s Signature event

The PGA Tour is playing its fifth signature event of the season, with a crowded leaderboard for the RBC Heritage entering the final round on April 20 at the Harbour Town Golf Links on Hilton Head Island, S.C.

It has an elevated purse with a short field of 72 players and no cut. Anyone completing 72 holes with a correct scorecard will walk away with some cash.

Si Woo Kim posted a 65 on April 19 and took a one-shot lead over Justin Thomas (69) and Andrew Novak (66) at 15-under-par 198. Kim had a three-shot lead over Thomas until he bogeyed the last hole, while Thomas rolled in an 18-foot birdie putt.

Maverick McNealy (65) is fourth at 13-under. Brian Harman (66) and Tommy Fletwood (68) are tied for fifth at 12-under.

Si Woo Kim surged in to the lead on April 19 in the third round of the RBC Heritage, at the Harbour Town Golf Links on Hilton Head Island, S.C.

Scottie Scheffler, who shot 68 in the third round and is 11-under, five off Kim’s lead, won the week after his Masters victory in 2024, beating Saith Theegala by three shots in a Monday finish. He became the first player since Berhnard Langer in 1985 to win the Masters, then the Heritage a week later.

As a PGA Tour Signature event, the purse is elevated beyond other tournaments.

The total purse is $20 million.

The winner at Harbour Town will earn $3.6 million. In comparison, the total purse for the 2021 RBC Heritage, won by Jose Coceres, was $3 million and increased to $4 million in 2002 when Justin Leonard won.
