The remake or “remastered” of the beloved 2006 RPG first showed up in a leaked 2020 internal document from Bethesda. Some main gameplay systems, including Stamina, Sneak, Blocking, Archery, Hit Reaction, and HUD, are said to have been reworked with Unreal Engine 5. 

Based on what insiders and the Xbox Support team have said, it would likely be coming either on April 21, after The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) anniversary event ends. So, there are only around three days left to figure out if all of the leaks, rumors, and suspicions are true or simply an illusion.
