The Mono County District Attorney’s Office will determine whether to move forward with prosecution. Authorities did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the case. TMZ was first to report the news.

Osment, who frequents Mammoth Mountain, has recently spoken about his hardships, including losing his Altadena home in the Eaton Fire and getting his insurance claim denied.

In January, his sister, actress Emily Osment, shared on Instagram that several members of their family lost their homes in the Los Angeles wildfires.

“It’s been an extremely difficult month,” she said. “Thank you to everyone that has reached out to my family in the wake of the fires.”

This incident marks the Oscar-nominated Haley Joel Osment’s second arrest involving alcohol.

In 2006, at age 18, he crashed his car into a brick pillar while intoxicated. He suffered multiple injuries and later pleaded no contest to DUI and marijuana possession, receiving three years’ probation and court-ordered rehabilitation.
