Trace Cyrus is slamming Katy Perry.

Following the 40-year-old “Dark Horse” singer’s controversial trip to space, Trace, 36, took to Instagram to share a video accusing her of copying his sister Miley Cyrus‘ career.

“I first knew Katy Perry and her team were lame as f–k when her career was first dying,” Trace started. “And they were like, ‘Hm, what can we do? Well, what worked for Miley? She cut her hair off and it broke the internet and everyone freaked out and she bleached it blonde. We should do that with you, Katy.’”

Trace recalled Miley working with Mike WiLL Made-It, Wiz Khalifa, and Juicy J on her 2013 album Bangerz for a more “hip-hop” sound to her music, before pointing out that Katy then had a similar sound to her music when she worked with Migos on her song “Bon appétit.”

“‘You’re now going to do the same stuff that Miley did and blow up,’” Trace went on, parodying a conversation between Katy and her team. “Guess what? It didn’t f–king work — and then they just tried some EDM song or some s–t because EDM’s hot.”

“Didn’t f–king work, and now they’re going to send your ass to space,” he continued. “Didn’t f–king work! It’s not working. It’s backfiring.”

Trace‘s comments come amid Katy‘s “feud” with Wendy’s.
