BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Updated 6:30 a.m. March 31 — WEATHER ALERT Monday due to the potential for late day strong to severe showers and thunderstorms.
Monday starts out partly to mostly cloudy with an isolated shower or two possible and highs reach close to 80 degrees.
The best chance of rain and thunderstorms will be in the afternoon through the evening hours., after 5 p.m. in the Baltimore area.
A few storms may be come severe with damaging winds, and some large hail.
Behind the front a blast of cooler air arrives with breezy conditions starting Tuesday. Highs will reach the upper 50s and low 60s on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Temperatures will quickly return to the upper 70s to near 80 on Thursday and Friday.
The pattern may become more unsettled by the end of the week bringing some rain chances back starting late Thursday into the weekend along with a drop in temperatures.
